COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Complaints
Please check the package upon receipt to make sure it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, flooding, dirt going inside, please document this fact with a photo or video and then send it to me at kontakt@yagayaga.pl
Please note that such a photo must be taken BEFORE opening the parcel, and the second - in the middle of the parcel, how the above damage/dirt affected the contents of the parcel.
If the ordered goods are not as described, please proceed as follows:
Send an e-mail to kontakt@yagayaga.pl with photos of the shipment according to the instructions above.
The package with the goods under complaint should be sent to the address indicated by the Store. Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, I will inform you by e-mail or by phone about the result of the complaint procedure. If I consider it positively, within 7 days of making the decision, I will send you a new product or refund the money, taking into account the law.
However, if I decide that the complaint is unjustified, I will provide you with a detailed justification within 14 working days, together with the return of the advertised product at my expense.

In accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Poland, within 14 days from the delivery of the ordered goods by me, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, according to the general rules that result from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. This right applies to consumer sales and to entrepreneurs acting on consumer rights, however, the return of products is not possible in the case of products made to special order.
I do not accept returns on:
online products, in particular all designs that are protected by copyright. These designs may also not be resold, exchanged or transferred to persons who have not purchased them. By ordering such products, you agree to deliver them before the deadline for withdrawing from the contract.
I do not accept returns for online products, including electronic designs and CALe tickets. By placing an order, you agree to their delivery before the deadline for withdrawal, while resigning from the right to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of CAL tickets - if for some reason you can't take part in the CAL, you forget or you don't add yourself to the CAL group, please send an email to kontakt@yagayaga.pl with a request to share the CAL files. You can also add yourself to the CAL group at any time, up to 1 year from the start of the CAL.
